Today’s Slice for the Two Writing Teachers Challenge is inspired by Tsh Oxendreider and her podcast.
A good THING: This fountain pen
I was writing with it this morning! It is light and perfect for my little baby hands.

A Good BIT OF FUN: LLAMAS!!!

A Good Work of INSPIRATION: Kelly Link
I have re-watched this video of Kelly Link numerous times. I think she is amazing as a person and as a writer. She always inspires me.
A Good PHILOSOPHY:
Pronoia is a worldview that says that every person, place, thing and circumstance in this Universe is actually conspiring to bless you. This idea reminds me of THE ALCHEMIST which is a book that came to me when I needed it.
This is an interesting collection of good things. I like how eclectic it is and what it allows us to consider based on these clues.

I’ve never heard that philosophy before. It *is* a good one, indeed!

I love the fountain pen and pronoia. I feel like I’m in a state of pronoia these days, so thank you for the word. 🙂

I enjoyed seeing the fountain pen. I carry one with me everywhere I go. I love using it, even for mundane things.

“little baby hands” made me giggle, but mostly because I have them too!!! And don’t even get me started on llamas! Great slice!

I love the pen. Although, whenever I have a nice fountain pen, one of my children take it and it is lost forever. I am currently writing with a pencil.:) Thank you for sharing!

Neil Gaiman is on Tim Ferris’ podcast this week and he talked about a fountain pen that he has signed a lot of contracts with was lost when his son stuck it in a hole behind a cast iron fireplace in their house! They have to take apart the whole dwelling to get to it – lost forever! You are in good company in the land of lost pens.
